Kiko cosmetics haul

Hello beauties:)

While in Rome, I couldn't pass by Kiko and pick few things...

I will definitely write detailed reviews on the products, cause I'm still not sure about how it works on me. But I can say from now that I'm more than satisfied cause the prices are really friendly and most of their products are really great.
There is only one beauty thing that I brought from Italy which is not from Kiko - Versace Red Jeans EDT. It's a fragrance that I found very pretty, and the price of 20 euros was quite special.
So this what I got from Kiko:
  1. Mat Base Corrector primer (8,90 euros), keeps me mat, but not too many hours, my super oily nose will start shining after 2-3 hours. I used it only 2 times, didn't notice anything bad about it, it didn't break me out or anything.
  2. Natural Concealer (5,50 euros). After using 2-3 times, I can say it's very good find for this money. It stays well, it covers well, beautiful and simple.
  3. Bronzer Mineral Powder (9,90 euros). Very pretty bronzer, perfect shade for me, warms up my face at this cold time.
  4. Precision Eyebrow Pencil (5,90 euros), this thing just changed my eyebrow routine. I started to like my eyebrows like never before. There is a reason why youtubers talk about it and call it Anastasia brow wiz dupe. Just get it when you have a chance.
  5. Eye base primer (6,90 euros), another thing that I didn't expect to be so good. It was always a trouble for me to find good base for eyeshadows as my eyelids are super oily. But this one keeps it all day, just amazing.
  6. Maxi Blender Brush eyes 213 (9,90 euros), I wanted to try their brushes...and it is absolutely amazing. There is no need to spend money on high end brands' brushes. Kiko's brushes are not worse than MAC or Sephora (which is still more expensive).
  7. Velvet Mat lipstick (6,90 euros). With all this fashion for mat finish lipsticks, I just couldn't help it. It's probably the most expensive lip product at Kiko, but I absolutely adore it. It's easy to apply, looks good on me and doesn't dry my lips.
  8. Ace of Diamonds Lipstick - in my nearest giveaway, for my beloved readers:)

And no matter what products you use and which make up technique you prefer...it's all up to you... Just be what you want.

Did you try anything of Kiko cosmetics? What are your recent beauty purchases? please let me know in comments.

Where the roads lead

Hello my beautiful readers:)

Today I wanted to write few words about my passion, which is not make up. And it is travelling. I love to travel, like most of the people do. There is nothing weird about that.
I don't see trips like escape or holidays, I see them mostly as education, time to think and to see, to see yourself better...

Every time I return from a trip, I feel a different person, I see things and people like I couldn't see them before. No school or work while meeting hundreds of people could give me that feeling. The experience I get after travels is not comparable.
I've just returned from my week in Rome. I cannot really describe my emotions in words. I got and saw much more than I was expecting. The eternal city changed my mind I believe, I feel so blessed, happy, inspired and optimistic like never before. I stopped worrying about unnecessary things and details that were only causing me stress. There are so many beautiful things in our lives. I have so many ideas flying in my head. I think I can change the world right now and erase all those bad things that are going on Earth.

I don't want to get too boring in this post, I just want to say to you - travel as much as you can, it's worth it, don't delay it for a week, month or a year, find those 3-4 days and visit the place you always wanted. And I hope the trips of your dreams will become true.

Klorane care

Hello beauties:)
Today it's again all about shampoos. I mentioned before that I'm a bit obsessed with hair products and so I found a good offer and bought these 2 Klorane friends. I absolutely love Klorane, it's an amazing brand that creates nature-friendly hair products.
I've tried most of the range, usually I buy small packaging - 200ml, to see if I like it and then buy the big one. So, this time I picked Shampoo with Peony, which is soothing and anti-irritant and Shampoo with Nasturtium, which is anti-dandruff and purifying.
I don't have dandruff all the time or too much, just in winter sometimes I feel my scalp like a desert. I find both these shampoos very similar with a similar purpose. I love them both, they are very soft and calming. I know they help people who have actual problems with scalp (dry skin, irritations, dandruff and so on).
I recommend  Klorane shampoos to everybody, their range is huge and everyone can find the best one for himself. They are soft and natural, not so concentrated, so if you look for a good cleaner better check some professional lines.
Have you tried any of Klorane shampoos? Which one is your favourite?

Travel beauty bag essentials

Hello beauties:)

I cannot describe how happy I am to be on my first trip of 2015. I am in the eternal city, beautiful capital of Italy - Rome. I will definitely create some posts about my adventures in Rome, but today I wanted to share few things that I had to pack with me.

Shampoo. I found the sample of Kerastase cleansing oil shampoo in my drawer, and felt happy as a kid! I don't need to carry a bottle with me! And excited to try it out, never had a chance.

Eye cream. Again sample size, woo hoo! Chanel eye cream, just amazing stuff, my review on this cream here. Helps to cover all the signs of sleepless nights.

Lip balm. A very necessary thing at this time of year. My choice for now - Liposan fruity shine. Smells and feels good on the lips.

Eyeshadow. Beautiful nude brown from Bourjois is the best option for day make up, looks very natural with a pretty shimmer.

Mascara. My pick for this trip Benefit They're real. I don't get the hype made over this mascara, for me it seems quite average. It stays in place all day, so it's a good solution for all day out walks.

Of course, these are just some of the items that I actually took with me, but I find them very important. And moisturisers... I didn't mention any, but I took some.
What are your must-haves for the trip? Please let me know in the comments

Versatile Blogger Award 2015

Hello beauties:)

I am so happy and excited to say that I was nominated for Versatile Blogger award by a beautiful and talented Rajshree. I want to say big thank you, I really appreciate that and I believe it's a nice chance for bloggers to get to know each other and find some new awesome blogs to read. Please visit her blog Chic Peachy Pink.

So the Versatile Blogger award has some rules attached to it. Here they are:
  • show the award on your blog
  • thank the person who nominated you
  • share seven facts about yourself
  • nominate 15 blogs
  • link your nominees' blogs and let them know
And so these are some random facts about me:
  1. I love rock music, there is no day for me that passes without Pink Floyd, The Doors or The Rolling Stones.
  2. I am very stubborn. If there is an idea in my head, I will do everything to make it real. Sometimes it's really good, but many times it freaks out the people around me.
  3. I go out without make up and I like it. Not very often, but there are days just like that. I like myself without make up and I'm not ashamed to walk without any mascara or concealer, while being an owner of a bunch expensive make up stuff.
  4. I don't eat tomatoes, cheeses and olives... And many people ask me what I'm doing in a Mediterranean country... Just enjoying everything else, I guess:)
  5. I am a big fan of movies, especially horrors and thrillers. It's really hard to find horror that I haven't seen.
  6. I come from Ukraine, but it's been almost 3 years as I live in Greece. I moved because I had a Greek boyfriend, now it's 2 years as we are married. I absolutely believe in relationships on distance.
  7. I prefer winter. It doesn't mean that I don't like summer, I just like snow, hot drinks, Christmas time, knits and coats. It's a time when you get warm by love and joy that is around.
And the blogs I nominate:
  1. Twirlybirdie
  2. Face Up Beauty
  3. Kingajpg
  4. Throw me Something Beautiful
  5. Lacylatest
  6. FashStyleLiv
  7. What I love today
  8. Taylor Noir
  9. Beauty and Whit
  10. Maria Summers daily life
  11. Living Life Imperfectly
  12. Bellezza
  13. Natalie Rose Maria French
  14. Steinhardlive
  15. Virag's Lab
I read and follow all these blogs. They all are nice and written by talented girls, some have more followers, some have less, but I wish them all to achieve in blogging everything they desire. And a huge thank you to everybody who reads me, follows or just stops at my blog. It really means a lot to me.

My top 5 finds of 2014

Hello beauties:) Today I wanted to share with you my top 5 favourites of the passed year. It was not easy to find only 5, but these products that I picked I really like very much and recommend, most of them I mentioned in my posts before.

1. Benefit's Hello Flawless foundation
A thing that I cannot stop talking about. Very beautiful foundation, blends greatly, buildable and natural looking. And probably the most important thing - reliable. It actually lasts the whole day which is a find for me, most of the foundations I've ever tried were 'eaten' by my skin and by the end of the day you couldn't find any sign of make up. It's not a cheap foundation (26 euros with an offer), but comparing to high street foundation it's a very good price.

2. YSL Rouge Volupte
The most luxurious classic lipstick. The creamy formula and pretty colour make it just a pleasure to wear. Yves Saint Laurent knows how to make the most beautiful packaging. This is a splurge on a lipstick (approximately 27 euros, I believe). My detail review you can find here.

3. Clinique Kohl Shaper for eyes (my review here)
Another must-have for me, beautiful black pencil, creamy, easy to apply, it doesn't smudge through the day. I got it with an offer with some other Clinique products, but alone it is around 15 euros, spendy again...

4. Clinique anti-blemish solutions powder makeup
One more product from Clinique that I'm happy to own. I'm using it to set my foundation and for shine control. It doesn't work for me as a blemish solution product. But it's absolutely oil-free and fragrance free, so it doesn't cause anything bad to my skin. The shades they offer are pretty dark, so if you decide to go for this product check out carefully. With some discount got it for 24 euros, which was not bad.

5. Pupa Lasting color nail polish
Love this nail polish, great formula, pretty color range and a wise price. It stays on my nails pretty well, at least for 5 days. I have mine in shade 18, which seemed to me deep brown color, but after I applied it, I saw it as deep purple. It didn't disappoint me, I like it very much. Amazing for fall or winter look. The price is about 5 euros.

What were your favourite make up items through 2014? Have you tried any of the ones I mentioned? what are your thoughts about them?

L'Oreal professionnel shampoos

Hello beauties:)
Today I wanted to share with you 2 shampoos that I'm using and absolutely love them. When it gets to hair care, I really want the best, I'm not afraid to spend much and I always try to know the opinion of people who tried it or hair salons' worker.
After trying tons of shampoos (professional, herbal, drug store, super cheap or super expensive) I keep going back to L'Oreal professionnel line. As I found very good offer for two, I decided to pick two of my favourites from L'Oreal.

I don't go to Absolut Repair often, but I believe in winter you need something like this. The shampoo claims to save very damaged hair. I cannot say I that I have very damaged hair, but I like the way shampoo moisturises and feels on my hair. My hair becomes very soft, shiny, the ends look nice and healthy.

This guy is my all time favourite shampoo. No shampoo can make me feel so nice and fresh but this one. It has its volume effect on my thin hair, which I love, cause usually it's the thing I'm looking for in shampoos.
Both shampoos have very nice fresh scent that I love. And I definitely recommend them to everybody. The salon's hairdresser will help you to pick the best for your hair type.
Have you tried any L'Oreal professionnel shampoos? which is your favourite one?
Thank you for visiting my blog and commenting.

Beautiful Holiday time

Happy New year and Merry Christmas my darlings:) It's probably a bit late for this kind of post, but I finally found time to share pictures of mine holiday time.
This year I spent Christmas and New Year at my new home - Thessaloniki with the closest people, that makes me feel very very good.

It's the first time I share pictures of Thessaloniki on my blog. It's one of the most  beautiful cities I've ever visited. It has its history, beauty, charm and spirit. The walks by the sea here are simply unforgettable...

The decorations in the city are very pretty.

The main square is full of fresh fir trees with lights and small elves inviting you to a forest which just grew up in the middle of the city.

With my mommy, at the beautiful Christmas place.

After Christmas Eve's dinner enjoying in our living room at the fire-place with my parents.
I had a wonderful time and so happy to meet 2015, planning really a lot. Please 2015, be good.
Hope you all had a great holiday time, thank you for visiting my blog.

Little Chanel treats

Hello beauties:) Hope you are fine.
As I wrote before for Christmas this year I got Coco Mademoiselle fragrance (my review on it you can find here). With the perfume treat I got some Chanel creams samples.
It's such a pleasure to use these luxury skincare products. I got 2 the same samples of eye cream 3 ml of each. I guess I like this eye cream most of them all. As I have problems with dark circles under my eyes I noticed the result after few usages. And the fact that it has only 3 ml in that tiny tube, doesn't disappoint me, cause the drop you need to moisturise the under eye area is very very tiny. It feels very nice and has a little bit of scent.

The other three samples are from Chanel Resynchronizing Skincare line which includes moisturisers for day, night and weekend. The one that impressed me the most is Le Weekend. So rich, moisturising, just fantastic for winter. The day product Le Jour didn't work for me. I didn't feel it so nice on my skin, it creates that refreshing feeling, but the smell just ruined it for me. It felt like alcohol for me.

The night product La Nuit is very nice. It's very rich, moisturising, the scent is beautiful. The skin glows after using it.
Chanel always creates the most beautiful beauty products and the skincare line is just gorgeous. I want to purchase the full sizes of eye cream and weekend moisturiser. Yes, it's on the price side, but face skincare worth it. It's the most important side of the beauty, where no one should feel sorry for money.
Have you tried any of these products? what are your thoughts? what are your favourites for facial skincare?
Happy New year dears, thank you for visiting my blog:)
